How to avoid headaches

  • Maximum of three normal strength coffees per day
  • Do not use analgesics on a regular basis
  • Keep windows open when indoors
  • Drink water regularly
  • Use natural personal care products
  • Use natural cleaning products in your home
  • Eat natural food - avoid E numbers, sweeteners, flavour enhancers, artificial colours, artificial preservatives, anything canned.
  • Avoid alcohol
  • Cut down on salt (ideally 2g per day but max 4g per day)
  • Get enough sleep
Failing that:
  • Try elimination diet
  • Seek medical tests
